Coresupply operates within Ontario and makes every effort to deliver throughout Canada. Our services extend to various construction sites, including low-rise developments, high-rise developments, and infrastructure projects.

 

**3. Delivery**

a. Coresupply is committed to delivering orders during the times specified in the order confirmation. We make every effort to ensure timely delivery. However, please note that external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and transportation issues, may occasionally cause delays. Coresupply shall not be held liable for such delays.

b. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate delivery information. Any errors or inaccuracies in the provided delivery address may result in delays, and Coresupply shall not be responsible for any associated consequences.

 

**4. Orders**

You can place orders by emailing us at [sales@coresupplycanada.com]. We will process your order promptly and ensure it is delivered to your specified location.

 

**5. Returns**

a. We understand that circumstances may require you to return items. In such cases, there may be a restocking fee of 15%. Please contact us for more information regarding our return policy.

**7. Pricing**

a. The pricing for our products and services is subject to change without prior notice. Coresupply reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. However, we will make every effort to communicate pricing changes in a timely manner to our customers.

b. All prices listed on the website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or other fees associated with their purchases.

c. While we make every effort to ensure that our pricing information is accurate, errors and omissions may occur. In the event of a pricing error on our website, Coresupply reserves the right to cancel any orders associated with the erroneous pricing and provide customers with the option to re-order at the correct price.

d. In the event of a pricing discrepancy where a product or service shows as $0, Coresupply reserves the right to cancel orders associated with this error. Customers affected by such discrepancies will be promptly notified of the issue.

Additional Reasons for $0 Pricing Display:

a. Out of Stock: If a product is temporarily out of stock, our website may display a price of $0 to indicate that the item is not available for purchase at that time. This helps customers clearly understand the product's availability status.

b. Not Enough Supply: In some cases, our inventory of a particular product may be extremely limited or insufficient to fulfill customer demand. To avoid confusion and ensure transparency, we may list such items with a price of $0 until we can restock them adequately.

 

**8. Governing Law**

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario for any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions.
